Training and practice

I trained in London on one of the UK’s most rigorous psychotherapeutic trainings - both academically and clinically - at Westminster Pastoral Foundation and I now work full-time as a psychotherapist in private practice.

Ethics

I abide by the ethics of UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), which sets a professional code of practice for matters of confidentiality, supervision, and continuing professional development as well as complaints. In accordance with this, I am fortunate to work in supervision with an esteemed senior Psychoanalyst and Professor of Psychoanalysis, ensuring that my work is of a high professional standard.

Am I the right therapist for you?

Finding someone with whom you can build up a trusting relationship is essential for treatment to be effective. The best way to find out if you might be comfortable enough with me to do that is to make an appointment for an initial consultation. It is also my opportunity to get to know you a little and to establish whether I believe that I can help you.
