Practice

What gives me the most lasting satisfaction is listening to people’s stories and finding ways to help them achieve what they most deeply need.

This may not always be what they thought they needed and much of the joy is in helping work out what the real needs are, understanding the real choices and then seeing how change can be achieved in the most creative and constructive way.

I try to bring my experience in many different walks of life, my education in science, business and psychotherapy, as well as just being thoughtfully human, to bear in all forms of psychologically informed consultancy and practice.

Ethics

I abide by the ethics of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), which sets a professional code of practice for matters of confidentiality, supervision, and continuing professional development as well as complaints.

Fees & availability

I’m available for sessions either on-line or on the telephone. Regular weekly fifty minute sessions are charged at £75. My practice is to start with a first session and take things from there.

Feel free to be in touch to find a suitable time for us to meet on-line or talk.
